North Country Fair Accessible Camping Registration Form

Information:

As part of our NCF Accessibility Initiative we are working to improve our accessible camping area. Beginning this year there will be staked out spots for individuals with accessibility needs.  At this time specific campsite dimensions are not available

To ensure we have the most spots available each site will be limited to:
1 Recreational Vehicle, 2 vehicles and 10 people maximum

To access the NCF accessibility campground spots, a government issued parking placard for people with disabilities must be present and will be checked to ensure legitimate use. The person whom the parking placard is issued to must be present in the vehicle as a driver or a passenger. Failure to provide a valid government issued parking placard for people with disabilities will disqualify the patron or volunteer from utilizing accessible camping.
If you will not have a placard, but are in need of an accessible spot please email us at: accessibility@northcountryfair.ca     and we will do our best to accommodate

If the number of applications exceeds the number of available spots then a lottery system will be employed to assign spots. Beyond that, if the application numbers are high, we will take the information back to our Accessibility Initiative group and continue to find ways to provide closer camping spots to those who need them. Thank you in advance for your patience and your feedback as we begin this exciting new project.
