The North Country Fair seeks recognized Wellness Practitioners to offer their services to our patrons at the 45th Annual North Country Fair taking place June 20 – 22, 2025 on our land in the Driftpile Valley. The deadline for applications is May 10, 2025. Please apply now.

We strive to offer a variety of modalities such as Massage Therapy, Shiatsu, CranioSacral Therapy, Acupressure, Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Medicine Cards, Accupressure, Thai Massage, Crystal Therapy, etc.
This area is SERVICE oriented NOT product oriented. If you are applying to sell products, please refer to the Artisan’s Alley Application Form.

Terms and Conditions
Alberta Health Services guidelines must be followed. An inspection may be conducted at your site before the Fair begins.
A shared hand washing station will be provided in the Wellness Area. Each practitioner must provide their own liquid soap and single-use hand towels (paper towels, for example)and other personal use items such as nail brush, file, etc. Please ensure that the hand washing station is kept clean and tidy at all times.
Each practitioner must provide separate storage areas for laundry and garbage as well as Professional grade table cleaner.
Size of each Practitioner space is approximately 10’x10′. An oversize fee will be charged for extra space used. This MUST be discussed with the Coordinator before coming to the Fair.
Practitioner space does not include tables, chairs, tents, indoor or outdoor use rated electric extension cords, etc. You are responsible for supplying these items as well as your own equipment, massage tables, etc.
Camping is offered near the Wellness area or you may choose to camp in General Camping. You may use space for one vehicle and/or tent. Additional vehicles must be kept in day parking. Vehicles are not allowed for travel on the site except during set up and takedown.
Your working area MUST be set up by 5:00pm Friday, June 20. You are welcome to check in on the Fair Site as early as 6:00pm, Wednesday evening, June 18. Please ensure the Wellness Coordinator knows your day and approximate time of arrival. Tear down and check out is at the end of the Fair, approximately 6:00pm Sunday, June22. You are welcome to extend your stay until noon on Monday, June 23.
Wellness Area Hours of Operation are
Friday 5:00pm – 9:00pm
Saturday 10:00am – 9:00pm
Sunday 10:00am – 4:00pm
Practitioners are welcome to extend their hours of operation earlier or later as they see fit. It is not unusual for practitioners to accept sessions as late as midnight!
Practitioner Pass includes camping and admission to the Fair site for one person only. Fee is $180.00. Additional Camping Pass price is the Advance price of $180 (adult). Note that admission is free for children 12 Yrs and under .
In addition to the exhibitor fees charged, the North Country Fair will collect a 5% commission fee on total sales. This fee must be paid to the Coordinator by 6pm on Sunday prior to leaving the Fair site.
Vendor location on the site is pre-arranged. Do not set up before contacting the Wellness Co-ordinator on site.
Be prepared for any and all weather conditions. Sun, rain, wind, hot or cold.
For safety reasons, vendors must have adequate weight and pegging system to hold tent in place during windy weather.
Dogs and/or other pets are not allowed on the Fair site so please make arrangements to leave your furry friend at home.
The North Country Fair strives to present the finest in live music. Please! no canned music on site or in the camping area.
Potable water is available on site at public spigots. Food vendors on site cater to a variety of tastes. There is a general store on site that has an ATM.
The application deadline is May 10, 2025. Fees will be required if your application is accepted.
The Wellness Coordinator will inform you if you have been accepted, as soon as possible after the deadline date. You will have 10 days to make full payment of Fees and Additional Passes in order for your space to be reserved.

The Fair reserves the right to refuse permission to sell any items or offer any services not deemed to be appropriate.
We strive to offer a VARIETY of modalities and we have limited space in the Wellness Area. If your Application is not accepted due to space or because there are too many practitioners offering the same modality, please DON’T be discouraged and DO try again next year!
The Wellness Coordinator will inform you if you have been accepted, as soon as possible after the deadline date. You will have 10 days to make full payment of Fees and Additional Passes in order for your space to be reserved.
