We Care:
The festival site is owned by the festival organizers and our association. As stewards of this land, we have limited resources for waste disposal.
All vendors are required to use biodegradable, compostable or recyclable food service materials (cutlery, plates, bowls & packaging). This is an important part of our efforts towards zero waste and impact on the festival site. Vendors will be given compost buckets for compostable materials that will be picked up regularly by our volunteer Environment Crew.Plastic and Styrofoam are not allowed please!
All other waste including cardboard must be taken to the Enviro. Compound area. Please do not leave large mounds of garbage at your site during the Fair or for our volunteers to pick up at the end of the festival. Any garbage left on site after Fair may result in loss of Environmental deposit.
There is no dumping/disposal of any fry oil on site. Failure to do so will result in the loss of Environmental deposit and future application consideration.
We are a home to many forms of wildlife including BEARS! Store foods accordingly.
